Shane Sabatino
President, TELUS Employer Solutions

Shane Sabatino is responsible for the leadership of TELUS Employer Solutions. TELUS Employer Solutions provides cost-effective and innovative human resources, payroll, wellness and contact centre solutions to large, complex, multi-union organizations such as government agencies and companies in the health, education, public sector as well as the private sector. TELUS Employer Solutions currently provides services to over 230,000 employees at client sites across Canada, across all industries.

Shane was most recently Senior Vice-president of Human Resources at Leon’s/The Brick, the largest home furnishings company in Canada with close to 10,000 employees coast to coast. His nearly 25 years of HR experience include 13 years at Leon’s/The Brick and 10 years at TELUS in key roles that focused on all aspects of Human Resources. Shane also spent time as a Management Consultant at PwC as well as the Executive Director of Skills Canada Alberta (a coordinated local, provincial and federal non-profit association to promote trades and technologies in schools across Canada). Shane is highly regarded for his will to win, leadership acumen, strong work ethic and focus on innovation. His deep HR knowledge and extreme focus on serving the customer will serve him well in this role.

Shane holds an undergraduate degree as well as an after degree program in the Education stream from the University of Alberta and is a graduate of executive programs from the University of Michigan Business School (Human Resources) and The University of Alberta (High Performance Leadership Program).

José Dino
Vice President, Business Development

José Dino is Vice President of TELUS Employer Solutions' Business Development portfolio.

The portfolio currently includes sales and marketing, executive oversight of key TELUS Employer Solutions accounts and product management/development of TELUS Employer Solutions’s human resources-based solutions. Prior to his current role, José provided oversight of TELUS Employer Solutions’s internal Human Resources teams as well as Corporate Communications and Labour Relations.

José is an experienced senior HR leader with extensive experience in Organizational Development, Strategic Planning, Business Process Outsourcing, Talent Management, Human Resource Operations and e.HR - Employee self-serve technology. José served in several senior management human resources roles at TELUS Corporation prior to working at TELUS Employer Solutions. In the past several years, José has been invited to speak at major corporate events in Canada for the Conference Board of Canada and has spoken at HR Summits in the United States, France and the United Kingdom.

José holds two undergraduate degrees from the University of British Columbia and is a graduate of executive programs from the University of Michigan (Human Resources) and Simon Fraser University (Business).

Linda McCutcheon
Vice President, Shared Services

As Vice President of our Shared Services team, Linda is responsible for driving service delivery excellence in the areas of HR/Benefits Administration, Payroll Services and Client Services.

Linda gained invaluable experience in leading HR outsourcing solutions for IBM’s Consulting Services. She worked with potential international clients to establish business processing outsourcing value propositions. Prior to her experience at IBM, she worked as an Employee Services Director with Price Waterhouse Coopers to provide a full spectrum of HR services to major Canadian corporations.
